Federal Progams in Surry County Schools includes Title I, Title II, Title III, and Migrant Title I Part C providing additional enrichment for students and families.
Surry County Schools uses its federal funds to promote academic achievement and provide supplemental funds to all 11 elementary schools through Title I.
Title III funds support growth in English Language Development for students and the Migrant Education Program offers assistance for students, parents, and families to be successful in the US educational system.
A common thread throughout all the federal programs is the focus on bringing home, community, and schools together so that students are ready for college and career.
