  • Flat Rock Elementary Signature Award School

    Flat Rock Elementary School serves 250 students in grades Pre-K through grade 5. It is a diverse school, serving free breakfast and lunch to every enrolled student through the Community Eligibility Provision program (CEP). Flat Rock embraces its diversity on its quest for excellence. The students at this school receive outstanding instruction in the state curriculum from well-trained staff that implement research-based practices: Thinking Maps, Kagan Cooperative Learning structures, CRISS strategies, and they use technology as an instructional tool for teaching and learning. Flat Rock also grows the whole child through incredible art, music, physical education and extracurricular activities. Their motto is every child everyday all the way to the top!
