Head Basketball Coach Position Filled at SCHS

Surry County Schools and Surry Central High School is excited to announce that Mr. Martin Behrens will serve as the Varsity Basketball Head Coach. Speaking of joining the Golden Eagle community, Coach Behrens says, “I am truly grateful to Mrs. Holloway, Mr. Evans, and the rest of the hiring committee for giving me this opportunity to become part of the Golden Eagle family. I look forward to becoming a part of this program and developing lifelong relationships with these young men and experiencing the journey ahead.”
