On Friday our Love for Literacy Committee will be celebrating our end-of-the-year accomplishments with a min-color run and dance party! Please make sure you sign your child’s permission form so they can participate in the color run event. Students will be given a white t-shirt, a white mask, and a cool new pair of sunglasses to wear for the event. The powder that will be used for the run is washable, but make sure your child wears shorts and shoes you don’t mind getting colorful.
Looking ahead, our K-2 students will be taking their end-of-year math assessments May 17-21. Our 3-5 grade students will take their End of Grade assessments on May 18, 19, and 21.
On May 26 we will host our 5th-grade graduation. This event is limited to two adults per 5th-grade student. Please make sure you return your 5th grader’s form with the names of the adults that will be attending. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with our 5th graders and their loved ones.
The last day of school for the 2020-2021 school year will be Thursday, May 27. School will dismiss at 11:00 that morning.
Thank you for your continued support! Have a restful evening and a wonderful week!
