Mrs. Fletcher Earns Bright Ideas Grant for SPIKE Prime Robots
Franklin Elementary School is proud to announce that Mrs. Tonya Fletcher has been awarded a Bright Ideas Grant from Surry-Yadkin Electric Membership Corporation to support hands-on STEM learning in her classroom. The grant will fund LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime Robots, which combine engineering, coding, and creativity to help students learn problem-solving and teamwork through robotics challenges.
Mrs. Fletcher’s project aims to spark excitement for science, technology, engineering, and math by giving students opportunities to design, build, and program their own robots. Congratulations, Mrs. Fletcher, on earning this grant and continuing to inspire innovation at Franklin Elementary!
