Franklin Elementary Students Shine in Superintendent’s Art Show Selection
Students at Franklin Elementary recently had the opportunity to showcase their creativity by submitting artwork for the upcoming Superintendent’s Art Show. Those interested in participating turned in their pieces to art teacher Mrs. Maurer, who organized the submissions.
The judging process involved staff members carefully reviewing each entry and selecting the top three pieces from every grade level. The selections highlight the artistic talent and creativity present throughout the school.
Students recognized for their outstanding artwork include Christopher Luke Fleming, Emberly Johnson, Vanessa Luna, Lilian Hawks, Layla Watts, Jaxx Gonzalez-Espinosa, Amerie Hoffman, Aubree Inman, Jaylen Snow, Nadia Calderon, Juan Delgado Jr., Kamaya Rodriguez-Espinoza, Harlow Hawks, Cora Murray, Sophia Candelas Vazquez, Lili Jeffries, and Riley Lyles.
In addition to traditional artwork, two students submitted projects in the Digital Media category. These students will represent Franklin Elementary at the Superintendent’s Art Show on April 2, 2026, where their work will be displayed and judged alongside entries from students across the county.
The event promises to be an exciting celebration of student creativity and artistic achievement. Franklin Elementary is proud of all students who participated and looks forward to cheering on those representing the school at the county level.
