Gentry Middle School is proudly celebrating its 50th anniversary this school year. The milestone kicked off with staff members wearing special shirts designed by 7th grade teacher Mr. Jonathan Phillips. Adding to the excitement, 7th grade student Charlee Moser recently painted the school’s spirit rock with the phrase “50 Years of Patriot Pride.”
The celebration will continue throughout the year with several events planned to honor the school’s history and traditions. One of the highlights will be the opening of a time capsule later this spring, offering a unique glimpse into Gentry’s past.
For half a century, Gentry Middle School has been dedicated to fostering education, school spirit, and community pride—and this year promises to be one to remember.
