Surry County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, February 9, 2026. This delay will allow for improved visibility for our bus drivers and provide additional time for temperatures to rise, especially in areas where dark bus turnarounds and overnight ice runoff could create hazardous conditions in the morning.
