After a year of learning, growing, and leading through the "Character Does Matter" program,
students at Surry Early College High School of Design came together for a powerful community
workout hosted by the Travis Manion Foundation.
This wasn't just about weighted squats and planks. It was about teamwork, encouragement, and
living with purpose. The energy was high, the spirit was strong, and these young leaders
showed what it meant to live the "If Not Me, Then Who..." ethos.
The Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) is a non-profit organization that works to inspire character
and service in young people through programs like TMF Youth Clubs, Back to School Character
Days, and the Character Does Matter program. These programs often involve veteran mentors
and focus on developing character traits like moral courage, integrity, leadership, and service.
