Hello Dragons! 👋🏼 This is your principal Blair Lambert with information for the week. On Monday, our Lego Robotics team meets after school until 4:00. Report cards also go home on Monday. On Tuesday, students are welcome to wear costumes to school as long as they do not wear masks or carry scary props as these items may scare younger children. The running club stays after school until 4:00 on Wednesday. On Thursday, the FRES Book Battle Team meets after school until 4:00. Our book fair will be going on Monday through Thursday this week when students go to media. Family night will be Thursday after school until 5:30; please join us in the media center if you can. There is no school for students on Friday, November 3rd as it is a staff development day.
Our SAVE Promise Club had lunch with Superintendent Dr. Reeves to discuss our goals for the year! They also got a sneak peek of the gym renovations, which increased the anticipation even more.
A BIG thank you to Superintendent Dr. Reeves for giving all students a free cookie!🍪
Our Student Council and SAVE Promise Club are one and the same. These student leaders strive to make a huge impact on school safety, bullying, social isolation, and overall connectedness and inclusiveness of the school community.

Red Ribbon Week is a time to promote awareness about the dangers of drug abuse. It was created in 1988 in honor of Enrique Camarena. Next week we will have special activities to educate our students on the dangers of drugs. Please help your children celebrate by participating in the fun themes next week!
