The sixth-grade staff has chosen a Student of the Week for September 18-22. This student exhibits enormous self-control, self-awareness, and integrity. Ben Marion from the City of King discussed water treatment with our 8th-grade students today. They learned about turbidity, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. This aligns with their study of water in Science class. Students discovered the importance of our water treatment system and the people who keep our water clean and healthy.

In an electrifying display of skill and teamwork, our Girls' Soccer Team triumphed with an impressive 5-1 victory over Mount Airy. From the first whistle, our girls demonstrated unwavering determination and unwavering teamwork. Each goal was a work of art, a testament to their precision and coordination. Brook Collins and Lexzi Chavez both scored 2 goals and Piper Halstead scored 1. Though Mount Airy managed to score one goal, our girls' defense stood strong!
