Layla Lineberry and Emilynn Haymore were recognized at the SCS Board Meeting this evening.
Layla placed 1st overall in Health Career Preparation in the International HOSA competition in Dallas, Texas. Emilynn placed 2nd overall in Prepared Speaking at the competition.

This is a reminder that orientation will take place on August 7th. You can sign up for an appointment using the link on our Facebook page.
Letters were sent home about completing the annual student update in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please try to complete this as soon as possible. If you need assistance, there will be a station set up for parents during orientation.
The first day of school for students will be Thursday, August 10th.
There will be an open gym for volleyball on August 9th from 1:00-3:00 pm and the official tryout will begin on August 10th right after school. In order to try out for volleyball or any other sport, students must have a current physical on file and athletic paperwork must be filled out on Dragonfly.max.com.
Soccer tryouts will begin on August 16th and information about cross country will be communicated soon.
