Britney Shelton goes above and beyond in the way she supports our robotics program. She not only dedicates her time to helping students problem-solve, design, and collaborate, but she does so with patience and genuine care. She takes the time to truly listen to students’ ideas and helps them refine their thinking rather than dismissing it. This creates an environment where students feel valued, heard, and confident sharing their thoughts. In addition to supporting students, Britney models active listening and respectful communication with colleagues. She approaches conversations with openness and empathy, making others feel understood and supported. Thank you for leading our students in how to be Considerate!
