End of Year Awards Schedule

Mrs Martin's fifth-grade class celebrated their amazing intern, Ayden Norman, with a sweet send-off: a cookie bar party! Students enjoyed a variety of delicious cookies while sharing their favorite memories and showing appreciation for all of his hard work and dedication. It was a fun and tasty way to say thank you!

Thank you, Dr. Mauzy for coming to RES and having a book picnic with our teddy bears and other animal friends. We enjoyed the books and games! The kids and the animals loved going on a bear hunt and finding the bear in the tent!

📚 Dobson Library Visit! 📚 Our second-grade students took a special trip to the Dobson Library, where they received their very own library cards and learned all about the Summer Reading Program! 🌞📖 We’re so excited to see our students continue their reading adventures all summer long. Mrs. Rebecca Combs is our April Staff Leader of the Month for showing outstanding actions of Respect. Her peers say Mrs. Rebecca is incredibly kind and respectful to everyone, consistently showing empathy and understanding. She is always polite and welcoming, greeting students, staff, and parents with warmth and a smile. She goes above and beyond to support our staff, whether it's getting bag lunches for Gator Day or preparing lunches before field trips. I’ve never seen her get upset or lose her cool with anyone. She ensures that everyone is well taken care of, always with kindness. Her cafeteria runs smoothly, and she never judges when someone asks for an extra helping hand at lunch.
