National Dairy Month – June 2025. U.S. This June, celebrate National Dairy Month with your favorite dairy treat. Originally established as a grocery/milk promotion in 1937, National Dairy Month now acts as a reminder of the health benefits that dairy products provide.

June is National Safety Month Join the National Safety Council in June for National Safety Month – the annual observance to help keep each other safe from the workplace to anyplace. Since 1996, NSM has provided free safety resources to highlight leading causes of preventable injury and death.

💍🥂 Bridal Shower Brunch Celebration! 🥂💍 The RES staff came together this morning to celebrate our beautiful brides-to-be, Miss Mackenzie Salter and Miss Grayce Goins, with a lovely bridal shower brunch! 💐✨ We’re so excited for these two as they prepare for their big day. Wishing both brides a lifetime of love and happiness! 💕👰🎉

Memorial Day is observed on the last Monday of May each year — in 2025, that falls on Monday, May 26. It's a day to honor and remember the men and women who have died while serving in the United States military. Many people observe Memorial Day by: Attending or participating in memorial ceremonies or parades. Visiting cemeteries and placing flags or flowers on the graves of fallen soldiers. Holding moments of silence. Spending time with family and reflecting on the freedoms secured through sacrifice.

🎉 End-of-Year Awards Celebration! 🏅 Rockford Elementary celebrates the achievements of our amazing students with End-of-Year Awards for Pre-K through 4th grade!

🎓 Congratulations to Our 5th Grade Graduates! 🎓 We are so proud of each of you for reaching this exciting milestone. Your hard work, growth, and determination have brought you to the end of your elementary school journey, and now a brand-new adventure awaits. We hope your transition to middle school is filled with joy, new friendships, and continued success. Always remember—you are capable of great things! Best wishes on the journey ahead! 💙📚

On Wednesday, we will have Water Day for students, earning our last Gator Day of the year. Please make sure your child brings a towel, a change of clothes, and wears appropriate shoes. Students may wear swimsuits under clothing, but NO midriffs or bare chests will be allowed. Also, please make sure to apply sunscreen to your child before they leave home. We are not permitted to apply sunscreen at school.
