On Tuesday, our Kindergarten students went on their annual trick-or-treating trip to the Surry County Service Center. Employees from multiple Surry County departments set up tables and handed out candy to our students in a festive Halloween atmosphere. We are so thankful for our Kindergarten students to have this opportunity each year!

Mrs. Simmons' class completed a math escape room this morning! They had to use critical thinking skills to determine which clue led to the next. They solved addition and subtraction problems. They had to determine who took the cookies from the snack bin... After much thought and hard work, the clues led straight to the culprit.... Mrs. Simmons!!!!
