Students wore red on Monday to kick off Red Ribbon Week! ❤️🎗️ They showed their commitment to making healthy choices and living drug-free. Way to go, Gators! 💚🐊
On Tuesday, our Kindergarten students went on their annual trick-or-treating trip to the Surry County Service Center. Employees from multiple Surry County departments set up tables and handed out candy to our students in a festive Halloween atmosphere. We are so thankful for our Kindergarten students to have this opportunity each year!

The Science Club was brewing during their October meeting. They made glow-in-the-dark slime while learning about polymers!
Student Council is sponsoring Pajama Day on Friday, October 24th! Proceeds will support the Student Council. Our officers will come around and collect money that morning.

•No costumes that are gory in nature and depict violence. Fake weapons are not allowed.
•No costumes that hinder their ability to participate in classes, including P.E and recess.

Rockford staff continued their Principal Appreciation Month surprises with some yummy desserts from Lorraine’s Bakery and a coffee from Grounded! Thank you for making our school a SWEET place to work. Mrs. Waters and Mrs. Queen also received a special calendar full of funny staff pictures for each month’s photo. We hope you laugh and feel loved and appreciated all year long!
