Good morning Gators! This is Mrs. Waters with events for the week. Monday will be day 1 in our specials rotation. On Tuesday, December 19th, our Book Battle team will practice after school. Please make sure your child has a note if they will be staying. We will dismiss school at 1:00 on Thursday. Please be on time for dismissal and at your child’s bus stop early. There will be no after-school daycare on this day. The school will be closed for Christmas break until January 3rd. I hope you each have a wonderful holiday season filled with family and friends. Kindergarten and First grade had a special visitor from the North Pole today! Mrs. Clause came to read a story and visit with them.

Good morning Gators! This is Mrs. Waters with events for the week. Monday will be day 2 in our specials rotation and our 4th grade students will travel to the Andy Griffith Playhouse for a performance of A Christmas Carol. On Tuesday, our 2nd-grade students will head to the Earle Theater to watch The Polar Express and our art club will stay after school. Wednesday, December 13th, our Book Battle team will practice after school. On Thursday, our chorus students will go Christmas caroling in our community to spread some holiday cheer. Finally, our Kindergarten and 1st-grade students will present a musical performance on Friday, December 15th at 6:00. Please make plans to join us. As a reminder, students should not exit vehicles before 7:35 and staff should be on duty in the morning carline. Thank you!
The SAVE Promise will be selling Anti-Bullying and Kindness wristbands for $1 until 8:00am in the front lobby Tuesday-Friday. A poster is included below. Funds will go to assist in getting a buddy bench for our school playground. This is a place for students to go if they feel they do not have anyone to play with as a form of communication to others that they are looking for a friend!
